Job Summary
The Service Technician will be responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction by systematically troubleshooting and maintaining managed print services, including copier, scanner, and printing systems. Day-to-day tasks involve performing sustainable maintenance and repair work, installing and configuring associated software, and integrating systems into existing IT infrastructures. A key part of the role is training customer employees on the use of the systems and supporting the training of apprentices. Candidates should have a technical background or relevant professional experience, foundational knowledge of computer and network technology, and familiarity with print, scan, and copy solutions.
