This role involves driving process excellence and digital transformation within an international holding company based in Melle-Westerhausen. The specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end analysis, modeling, and documentation of existing business processes, identifying optimization potential, and conceptualizing their systemic implementation, particularly within ERP (MS Dynamics AX/D365 F&O) and MES (HYDRA) systems. Key activities include system administration, providing expert support to departments on process-related system adjustments, and conducting data analysis to derive business insights and key performance indicators. The ideal candidate possesses a background in business administration, IT, or engineering, coupled with specific experience in process management tools (like Visio or viflow) and a keen interest in modern digital technologies, including Artificial Intelligence.
