The Safety Specialist acts as a key multiplier, ensuring the proper execution of occupational health and safety (OHS) and fire protection processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and documenting deviations from safety guidelines using an online tool, coordinating corrective measures, and maintaining up-to-date safety reporting systems and informational postings. The ideal candidate is attentive, conscientious, and capable of quickly analyzing information to derive appropriate team actions. While professional experience in relevant roles is beneficial, strong communication skills, proficiency in German, and basic English are essential for effectively transferring specialized knowledge to colleagues across the organization.
