This role involves supporting the Peppol Authority in Germany, focusing on the setup and expansion of the Peppol network for electronic procurement across federal, state, and municipal levels, as well as private companies. The specialist will manage organizational support for users and service providers, handle contract management for new members, and serve as the primary contact for German and English inquiries regarding the Peppol network organization across Europe. Key responsibilities include coordinating inter-state committees, organizing professional events, and ensuring quality assurance for both German and English publications. The ideal candidate possesses a background in administration, economics, communication, or IT, coupled with practical experience in user-centric software system implementation and strong bilingual communication skills (German and English B2 minimum). This position offers a secure, permanent role within the public sector, contributing to innovative e-government solutions.

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a suitable field (Administration, Economics, Communication, or IT focus) OR eligibility for the first entry-level position of career group two.
