Job Summary

This role as a PLC Programmer, based in Pforzheim, involves the new development and continuous improvement of state-of-the-art machine concepts and control systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating visualization interfaces, adapting control systems, and commissioning machinery and equipment, alongside training staff. A critical component of the job is evaluating safety control circuits and developing/implementing comprehensive safety concepts. The ideal candidate holds a degree or vocational qualification in the electrical field and possesses at least 2-3 years of professional experience in automation and safety technology. Expertise in programming environments like Siemens Step7/Win CC/TIA Portal or Codesys is essential, coupled with knowledge of mechanical engineering directives and standards.
