Job Summary
This role involves taking responsibility for the entire software project planning lifecycle for advanced packaging machinery. Key daily duties include programming visualization, control, and drive systems, primarily utilizing the TIA Portal environment. The specialist will execute both hardware and software commissioning of the machines and provide essential technical support to the sales and service departments regarding machine functionality. A significant part of the job involves participating in retrofit projects, integrating new machine aggregates at customer sites. Candidates must possess an electrical engineering background, ideally supplemented by a Technician or Master Craftsman qualification, coupled with solid professional experience in PLC programming within the mechanical engineering sector. Proficiency in TIA Portal, drive technology, and good English skills are required, making this an ideal opportunity for an autonomous and highly motivated professional.
