Job Summary

This role involves overseeing and optimizing the electrical and electronic systems within a paper manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactive maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and resolving faults, including participation in on-call duties. A key aspect of the role is acting as an interface between technical planning, production, and the workshop, ensuring compliance with technical and safety regulations during project implementations. Additionally, the position requires leading, developing, and instructing electrical specialists and other personnel, as well as contributing to the creation and revision of maintenance guidelines. Required Skills

Education

Completed or ongoing training as a Master for Industrial Electrics, Power Plant Electronics, Automation, or similar.

Experience

  • Professional experience with personnel responsibility and development
  • Experience with control technology (preferably Siemens S7/TIA), measurement, control, and drive technology
