Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Field Service Technician responsible for supporting nationwide branch offices and acting as a crucial link between central IT and local sites. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing and resolving complex technical faults (2nd Level Support) that cannot be handled by the central Service Desk, ensuring smooth IT operations on-site. The technician will also be heavily involved in the planning and implementation of strategic and operational IT projects, including the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software. Key requirements include a background in IT system integration, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11, Active Directory, and strong networking fundamentals. The position demands high analytical skills, problem-solving competence, and a willingness to travel extensively to various locations, contributing significantly to the stability of the entire IT landscape.

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in complex technical fault analysis and processing (2nd Level Support)
  • Professional experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and software
  • Experience with software distribution, ideally Microsoft/SCCM
