Job Summary

This role is a strategic opportunity for an experienced Senior Financial Controller to join a modern, rapidly growing international logistics company in Werder (Havel). The position offers high visibility and the chance to actively shape and develop financial and controlling processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include comprehensive financial management, preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and rigorous liquidity and cash flow management, focusing on optimizing working capital. The Controller will also oversee compliance, prepare for internal and external audits, and play a strategic role by actively collaborating within the German Management Board. Candidates must possess a degree in Business Administration or Finance, multiple years of professional experience in controlling, and strong proficiency in both German and English, coupled with expertise in Excel and standard ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics.
