Job Summary
This full-time, permanent position involves serving as an Electrical Engineering Specialist within the Saarbrücken Regional Association's Construction Department, focusing on building measures for school properties across 50 locations. The role requires independent preparation of design, planning, and tender documents for maintenance and renovation projects. Day-to-day tasks include managing construction maintenance (including service contracts) and overseeing larger new construction/conversion projects from planning through invoicing. A key responsibility is acting as the client representative towards external planning offices and performing cost estimation for budget planning and political decision-making. Ideal candidates hold a degree in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor/Master/Dipl.-Ing. (FH)) and possess knowledge of digitalization, infrastructure cabling, procurement law (VOB/A-C), and relevant IT software.
