Job Summary

This role as Quality Manager for the critical SuedLink TenneT Los 5&6 major infrastructure project in Walsrode requires a highly motivated professional to ensure rigorous quality standards across all project phases. Day-to-day responsibilities include the identification, thorough documentation, and resolution of non-conformities, and managing and verifying the completeness of all project and inspection documents, specifically utilizing the Dalux system. A core responsibility is establishing and maintaining robust Quality Gates for every HDD drilling and section, coordinating quality assurance measures with key internal/external stakeholders, contractors, and specialized subcontractors involved in drilling and welding activities. The ideal candidate holds a completed degree in Engineering or possesses significant professional experience in Quality Management. Success in this role demands strong self-initiative, meticulous attention to quality awareness, excellent communication skills for stakeholder coordination, and the ability to conduct site team training and produce comprehensive monthly quality reports.
