Job Summary

This role offers a skilled technician the opportunity to contribute significantly to the development of innovative diagnostics within a leading pharmaceutical environment at Roche Diagnostics in Penzberg. The successful candidate will be deeply involved in hands-on laboratory work, including preparing and executing experiments using advanced analytical instruments like HPLC, Mass Spectrometers, and Roche cobas® Systems. Key responsibilities include comprehensive documentation (protocols and reports), independent data analysis, and presenting results in project meetings, occasionally in English. The position requires expertise in developing and optimizing immunological or biochemical assays, statistical experimental design (DoE), and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (IVDR, ISO 13485).
