Job Summary

This role involves supporting rail vehicle construction clients by performing critical maintenance and repair tasks on stationary and mobile ticketing machines and associated electronic systems in Leipzig. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting, setting up and dismantling ticketing machines, and conducting maintenance and inspection of cash register systems, PC systems, and related hardware. You will be responsible for repairing and replacing defective components, performing tests and fault detection according to specifications, and commissioning new components. The ideal candidate holds a qualification as a Communications Electronics Technician or equivalent, possesses professional experience in the maintenance and servicing of electronic systems, and is proficient in MS Office and German. This is a secure, full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary starting at €3,000 per month, a regulated 38-hour work week, and required shift work (early and middle shifts).
