Job Summary

This permanent role seeks a highly motivated Validation and Qualification Engineer to support renowned clients in GMP-regulated sectors, including Pharma, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, and Medical Devices. Day-to-day responsibilities involve qualifying systems and equipment, validating critical processes according to the latest metrological and methodological standards, and coordinating or leading projects focused on quality assurance and GMP compliance. The engineer will also be responsible for conducting hygiene monitoring and acting as a key consultant for diverse quality-related inquiries within the client organization. Candidates must possess an engineering or natural science degree (e.g., Chemical, Pharma Technology, Biotechnology, Process Engineering) and proven experience in process validation, particularly concerning medical devices, biological products, or pharmaceuticals. The position requires excellent German and English skills, familiarity with SAP and MS Office, and a significant willingness to travel (40%) to client sites globally.
