Job Summary

This role is for a proactive IT Support Specialist (2nd Level) to join a modern IT service provider based in Cologne. The core function involves analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical disturbances and service requests, primarily managed through a ticketing system. Day-to-day tasks include handling software installations, configuring and maintaining client devices and peripherals, and actively ensuring IT security implementation. A critical component of the role is maintaining technical documentation, updating the knowledge base, and supporting various IT projects and rollouts. Candidates should possess a relevant IT qualification or degree, or demonstrate practical experience as a career changer, ideally with initial exposure to a Helpdesk/Servicedesk environment.
