Job Summary

This role seeks a proactive Sales Manager to drive business growth within the critical sectors of Automotive (especially E-Mobility), Renewable Energy (Photovoltaics, Wind Power, Storage Technology), and General Industry for a leading safety, quality, and innovation company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and acquiring new clients, generating leads, and recapturing lost business, focusing on complex technical services related to international product safety and compliance standards. Day-to-day tasks involve building strategic, long-term partnerships with key decision-makers (developers, purchasers, project managers), monitoring market trends in green technologies and industrial digitalization, and managing all sales activities, forecasts, and documentation using a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce). This position requires strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry, and fluency in both German and English.
