Job Summary

This dual-role position involves leading a small team of Business and Data Analysts while acting as the Solution Owner for Eplan Analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical design and continuous development of Eplan Analytics, focusing on building internal analytics dashboards and developing an external Analytics Center for customers. Key responsibilities include translating complex business requirements into technical solution concepts and specifications, coordinating implementation with development teams, and ensuring quality, scalability, security, and performance. The role requires a strong background in data architectures, cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP), and expertise in Data Lake/Data Warehouse technologies, SQL, and data modeling. Excellent analytical skills and fluent communication in both German and English are essential for success in this interface role between business strategy and technical development.
