Job Summary

This role offers a unique opportunity to act as a crucial link between academic and industrial research within the Life Science sector, contributing directly to drug development initiatives aimed at improving millions of lives. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational planning and management of one or more projects. Day-to-day tasks involve ensuring project goals are met, including adherence to timelines, budgets, and milestones, and reporting directly to the CSO/CEO. A key component of the job is maintaining efficient project flow by communicating directly with internal departments and external partners (academic and industry) to balance diverse interests and perspectives. The ideal candidate holds a university degree (Master/Diploma), preferably a PhD, in a natural science or technical field, and possesses strong communication skills in both German and English.
