This role is ideal for a technically proficient professional to join the internal service team, acting as the primary point of contact for technical customer inquiries related to process engineering and mechanical systems. Day-to-day tasks involve processing and coordinating complex technical requests, generating and actively tracking customer quotes, and maintaining the crucial spare parts catalog and material master data. The specialist will also contribute to internal projects focused on optimizing service processes and spare parts management. Key qualifications include a strong technical background, such as a Certified Technician or Master Craftsman qualification, combined with foundational commercial knowledge, ideally gained in after-sales or internal service environments. Knowledge of water treatment, plant construction, or the HVAC industry is beneficial. Success requires high communication skills, strong customer orientation, and a reliable, team-oriented work ethic.

Education

Completed technical vocational training followed by qualification as a Certified Technician, Master Craftsman, or Technical Business Administrator

Experience

  • Experience in technical service, support, or customer management is desirable
