Join a six-person 'Technology & Processes' team within a leading IT refurbishment and recycling company, focusing on structural process and software development, system enhancement, and digital transformation. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between IT and operational areas, requiring you to conceptualize and develop processes across production, logistics, and commercial departments. A significant focus will be on leveraging and integrating AI-supported systems to drive process automation, efficiency, and decision support. You will be hands-on in developing applications using technologies like C#, React, NodeJS, and TypeScript, integrating external systems via Web-APIs, and utilizing the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, PowerApps, Dynamics). The ideal candidate brings strong skills in object-oriented programming, relational databases, and modern web development, coupled with excellent communication skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach.
