Job Summary

This role involves specialized IT Licensing and Service Management within the Infrastructure department of a major public broadcaster. The specialist will focus heavily on Microsoft 365 (M365) license optimization, strategy development, and procurement. Day-to-day tasks include planning and implementing license optimizations, providing expert advice on license acquisitions, shaping the M365 licensing strategy in collaboration with other public broadcasters, and managing licensing tenders alongside the Central Purchasing team. Furthermore, the role requires creating service specifications, defining scopes of work, and managing external Managed IT Service providers. This is a critical role for ensuring efficient and compliant use of core IT infrastructure licenses, requiring strong market knowledge of M365 licensing models and experience in drafting service descriptions for IT services.
