This role involves taking sole responsibility for implementing energy management measures across district-owned properties in Havelland, focusing on achieving annual energy and greenhouse gas savings of 1.1% as outlined in the E04 and B04 climate protection concepts. Day-to-day tasks include meticulously collecting and analyzing electricity, heat, and water consumption data using specialized EDV software and measurement technology, adjusting operational settings for heating and hot water systems based on usage profiles, and verifying utility consumption invoices. The specialist will be responsible for producing the annual energy report according to the dena standard. The ideal candidate must possess a university degree in Energy Technology, specializing in renewable energies and energy efficiency, strong IT proficiency, and demonstrate high levels of diligence, responsibility, and communication skills. The position offers a challenging, structured public service environment dedicated to environmental protection.
