Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position as a Network and System Administrator in Meppen involves crucial responsibility for maintaining the company's IT infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include the maintenance and administration of the network environment, specifically focusing on HPE/Aruba infrastructure, LAN/WLAN campus networking, and SAN connectivity. A core function is the implementation and management of Microsoft Server systems and the setup and monitoring of Watchguard firewall systems. The role also requires managing various server-based software products (including F-Secure, D3, and NoSpamProxy) and providing remote IT support to internal and external users via DECT/WLAN. Candidates should possess completed vocational training in the IT field, such as an IT Specialist qualification, and ideally bring several years of professional and project experience. Basic experience with Windows Server installation and management is essential, alongside a reliable, structured, and goal-oriented approach to work.
