Job Summary
This role involves acting as the central interface between clients, lawyers, and other project stakeholders to ensure complex energy projects and transactions are managed efficiently, transparently, and structurally. The Legal Project Manager will work closely with the award-winning energy law team and the new Legal Project Management unit, actively shaping how renewable energy mandates are organized and implemented in the future. Day-to-day tasks include developing and structuring energy transactions, establishing best practices for project-based mandate processing, identifying and mitigating project risks, coordinating internal and external consultants, and managing stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in business law or a comparable qualification, or relevant professional experience in the transaction or project business within the energy sector, along with strong organizational skills and high proficiency in both German and English.
