This role is for a dedicated Tax Consultant specializing in structural advisory services within a successful group of auditing and tax consulting firms, which also includes a law firm and IT/Consulting companies. The consultant will handle the ongoing tax and business advisory needs of clients across various sectors, manage correspondence with the tax authorities, file tax appeals, and support tax audits. A key focus involves advising clients on complex structural matters such as inheritances, gifts, succession planning, corporate transactions, and restructuring. The ideal candidate holds a successfully completed Tax Consultant exam and possesses strong knowledge of German tax law, along with proficiency in DATEV and MS Office.
