Job Summary
This role is for an experienced Embedded Software Engineer specializing in sensor and measurement systems, focusing on robust, mission-critical industrial applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and enhancement of firmware using C and Rust, primarily for bare-metal systems and partially for Embedded Linux. Key responsibilities include real-time firmware development, focusing on deterministic behavior, interrupt handling, and resource management, as well as implementing industrial communication interfaces (CAN, I²C, SPI, USB, Ethernet, Bluetooth). The position requires deep engagement with STM32 microcontrollers, including register-level programming, and ensuring high code quality, stability, and robustness in industrial environments. This is a full-time, permanent position in Limburg an der Lahn, offering direct influence on product generations within a stable, non-corporate environment.
