Job Summary

This is a leadership opportunity to serve as the Head of Drainage Operations for the city of Oranienburg, a growing economic hub near Berlin. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive management and commercial leadership of the municipal drainage enterprise, which serves approximately 15,000 customers and manages an annual turnover of €10 million and an investment budget of €3 million. Key responsibilities include personnel management, overseeing the internal organization, preparing resolutions for the City Council, and ensuring the execution and revision of the wastewater disposal contract. This demanding role requires a Master's degree in Business Administration or Public Administration, coupled with extensive knowledge of wastewater and municipal tax law. The position offers an unlimited full-time contract, flexible working hours, mobile work options, and placement in salary group 14 TVöD.
