Job Summary

This role involves the autonomous control and monitoring of complex, product-specific production plants (kettles, mixers, reactors) for manufacturing product batches in a pharmaceutical or chemical environment. The CTA ensures operational readiness through expert preparation, technical function checks, and GMP-compliant cleaning after each production run. Key responsibilities include executing critical process steps in aseptic areas, operating isolators, performing sterile filtration for liquid or gaseous media, and strictly adhering to GMP regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Candidates must have a completed vocational training in a scientific, chemical, or technical field (e.g., as a PTA, CTA, BTA, or equivalent) and demonstrate flexibility, willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently within a 3-shift system, including weekends. The position offers good chances for permanent employment with the client company and various shift and overtime bonuses.
