This role is for a dedicated IT Specialist focusing on providing comprehensive First and Second Level Support for employees within a regional social enterprise. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling support requests via phone, remote access, and on-site visits, utilizing a ticketing system for analysis and resolution. A major focus will be on user support for the Microsoft 365 environment, including Office applications, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. The specialist will also assist with Intune device provisioning (Windows, Android), basic troubleshooting within the Citrix Helpdesk (Director), and supporting classic IT infrastructure components like networks, clients, and peripherals. Key requirements include an IT qualification (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or comparable professional experience, deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, and proven experience in end-user support.
