Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced professional, such as an Engineer, Technician, or Master Craftsman, with a strong background in pharmaceutical production and extensive SAP knowledge, specifically within the PP PI module. The Key User will serve as the first-level support for SAP users in the Production department, ensuring the seamless validation and mapping of production processes within SAP. Key responsibilities include creating training materials and conducting user training, developing reports and applications for SAP data analysis, and maintaining master data. A significant focus is placed on creating validation documentation, ranging from user requirements to the final validation report. This position offers the opportunity to act as a crucial interface between production and IT, demanding a process-oriented approach and a willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call duty.
