Job Summary
This role as an Inhouse IT Support Specialist offers the opportunity to move beyond routine ticket handling and actively shape a modern, professional IT environment. You will be integral to the internal IT organization, which is structured across Service Desk, Data Center, Cloud, Network, and Application Management. Day-to-day, you will provide essential 1st-Level Support, including meticulous documentation, and manage the full lifecycle of Windows and macOS clients, encompassing installation, patch management for VM images, and hardware/software procurement. Key administrative tasks involve managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, and Microsoft 365, alongside user and role management within Atlassian tools. Candidates should possess formal IT training or substantial practical experience in IT support, excellent Windows knowledge, basic networking skills, and fluent German (C1). This position is attractive due to its focus on continuous process improvement, short decision paths, and the freedom to contribute actively to IT projects.
