Job Summary

The NOC Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the 24/7 availability of NGN's extensive 19,000 km nationwide fiber optic network. This position acts as the primary point of contact for customers regarding network operations and disturbance reports. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring systems to proactively detect faults, managing the rapid resolution of incidents by coordinating internal departments, field technicians, and external construction companies, and keeping affected customers informed throughout the process. Furthermore, the coordinator manages planned network maintenance and communicates these activities to customers. Success in this role requires relevant professional experience in fiber infrastructure or telecommunications, strong customer communication skills, and the ability to make quick, sound decisions under pressure. The ideal candidate is a solution-oriented team player with a high sense of urgency and proficiency in written and spoken English.
