Required Skills

Education

Dental Practice Administrator (ZMV) certification, or equivalent qualification in Practice Management or Commercial Clinic Management.

Experience

  • Professional experience as a Dental Practice Administrator (ZMV), Practice Manager, or in commercial clinic management
  • Experience in reading and creating Treatment and Cost Plans (HKPs)
  • Demonstrated success in sales, closing deals, and achieving quotas
  • Professional experience in proactive patient follow-up and conversion rate improvement
