This role requires a highly skilled and empathetic Case Manager to handle the critical final stage of the patient journey within a modern dental clinic specializing in complex procedures like All-on-4 and implantology. The core responsibility involves conducting final consultations, utilizing psychological intuition to guide patients toward signing binding treatment contracts. Success hinges on expert objection handling—turning concerns about cost or complexity into opportunities—and architecting tailored financial solutions to make high-value treatments accessible. The Case Manager will independently manage their patient pipeline (HKP management), proactively following up to maximize conversion rates and coordinating subsequent appointments efficiently. This position is ideal for professionals with a commercial management or dental administration background who thrive in a results-oriented, high-stakes sales environment while maintaining a strong focus on patient trust and empathy.
Required Skills
Education
Dental Practice Administrator (ZMV) certification, or equivalent qualification in Practice Management or Commercial Clinic Management.
Experience
- Professional experience as a Dental Practice Administrator (ZMV), Practice Manager, or in commercial clinic management
- Experience in reading and creating Treatment and Cost Plans (HKPs)
- Demonstrated success in sales, closing deals, and achieving quotas
- Professional experience in proactive patient follow-up and conversion rate improvement
