Job Summary

This role seeks a (Junior) Technical Pre-Sales Engineer to join FAST LTA, a market leader in highly secure, immutable storage solutions based in Munich. The core mission involves technically supporting the sales team throughout the entire pre-sales cycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing complex customer requirements related to IT infrastructure, backup, archiving, and data security, and subsequently developing tailored technical solution concepts for their Zero-Loss storage products (e.g., Silent Brick). The engineer will be responsible for conducting product presentations, demos, workshops, and Proof-of-Concepts, as well as providing technical evaluations of tenders and creating detailed documentation. Candidates should possess an IT/System Engineering background, initial practical experience in a technical sales or systems engineering role, and a foundational understanding of storage systems, backup concepts, and virtualization.
