Job Summary

This role involves taking end-to-end responsibility for Dark Fiber infrastructure programs, managing them from contract signing through technical deployment and customer handover. The Program Manager will steer international project portfolios for Hyperscalers and Telcos, ensuring adherence to time, investment, quality, and contractual criteria (Scope, SLA, milestones, and acceptance). Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining master plans, managing forecasts, and actively handling risk, issues, and escalations (RAID). The successful candidate will coordinate all internal departments and external construction partners across the deployment process, from network design and permitting to construction, cable installation, documentation, and customer acceptance. This position requires strong communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to think from a customer perspective, while also developing PMO processes and standards to scale efficient program and portfolio management.
