This role involves shaping and implementing industrial policy measures within the Ministry for Economic Affairs, Labour, Energy, and Climate Protection (MWAEK) in Brandenburg, focusing specifically on 'Clean Industry' initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing concepts to support the state's climate neutrality goals, advancing the EU's "Clean Industrial Deal" strategy, and coordinating an "Alliance for Industry." The ideal candidate possesses a Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering, coupled with detailed knowledge of Brandenburg's economic, regional, and industrial policies. Success requires strong analytical, strategic, and negotiation skills, along with a secure demeanor and the ability to manage complex projects at the state level. Required Skills

Education

Completed scientific university degree (Diploma, Master, or Magister) in Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering

Experience

  • Detailed knowledge of the Economic, Regional, and Structural Policy of the State of Brandenburg
  • Detailed knowledge of Industrial Policy at the State, Federal, and EU levels
  • Experience in the management and steering of complex projects at the state level (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of European Green Deal and Clean Industrial Deal resolutions (advantageous)
