Job Summary
This role involves providing essential technical support via phone and email to European clients utilizing leading Laserforce Lasertag systems. The technician will be responsible for comprehensive fault diagnosis and troubleshooting across both hardware and software aspects of the systems, including maintenance, repair, and installation of the equipment. A key technical requirement is the ability to solder and repair electronic circuit boards and components. Candidates should possess a technical background in electronics, networking, and PCs, and must be comfortable with direct customer interaction and technical challenges.
