Job Summary

This role requires a highly organized and technically proficient individual to lead a team of 10 to 15 employees within the test field of an electronics manufacturing environment. The Team Leader will be responsible for coordinating staff deployment, managing capacity planning, and overseeing the selection and integration of new team members. A core focus of the role involves ensuring the proper execution of tests and inspections on electronic end devices, adhering strictly to quality requirements. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement by optimizing testing processes for quality, efficiency, and cost, while actively promoting LEAN organization principles and workplace optimization. Key qualifications include a background as a skilled worker, technician, or master craftsman in electrical engineering, coupled with substantial experience in electronics manufacturing, team leadership, and proficiency with ERP systems like SAP or MS Dynamics.
