Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead interdisciplinary teams focused on Electrical/Electronic (E/E) systems for specialized motors, primarily within the aerospace industry. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project execution, budget control, and task planning throughout the entire development lifecycle. The Project Manager will be crucial in coordinating requirements with internal and external stakeholders, structuring and distributing these requirements across relevant architectural and system levels, and ensuring the successful implementation of technical solutions. The ideal candidate holds a degree in fields like Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Aerospace Engineering, and ideally possesses initial professional experience in project leadership within an electrical engineering context. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory for this challenging and rewarding position.
