Job Summary

This critical role supports the strategic management of a major real estate and urban development group, acting as the primary liaison between the Management Board, various subsidiaries, departments, and the City of Kassel's participation management. Day-to-day responsibilities include comprehensive board and stakeholder management, involving the strategic coordination, preparation, and follow-up of Supervisory Board meetings, ensuring all documentation is consistent and professionally sound. The Executive Assistant will also represent the Management Board in municipal committees, secure information flow across organizational levels, and structure complex data (e.g., from Controlling, Customer Service, and Project Development) to facilitate informed decision-making. This position requires strong organizational skills, loyalty, and the ability to manage cross-functional projects and contract management, offering a versatile blend of strategic steering and specialized project work.

Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (e.g., Business Administration, Real Estate Management) or commercial vocational training with corresponding further qualification.

Experience

  • Long-standing experience in a comparable position
  • Professional experience in the housing industry or project management (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of corporate and administrative law (desirable)

German (Fluent)
