Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Team Lead for Electronics Manufacturing in Stuhr, working for an EMS provider specializing in customized electronic solutions for high-stakes industries like Medical Technology, Automation, and Aerospace. Day-to-day responsibilities involve coordinating inspection and testing processes, optimizing quality procedures based on project specifications and acceptance criteria, and analyzing test results for continuous quality assurance. A crucial part of the job is providing technical guidance and development for the team while ensuring tight coordination with adjacent departments.
