Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Laboratory Technician seeking a new challenge within the diagnostics industry in Mannheim. The successful candidate will join a globally leading healthcare company, actively contributing to the development of innovative diagnostic systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include the independent planning, execution, and evaluation of test series and assay measurements, alongside the preparation of laboratory samples. A critical component of the role involves safely handling human material (blood/plasma) to assess process tolerances and interferences. The technician will meticulously document results in protocols and databases, generate detailed development reports, and maintain measuring stations and inventory lists (chemicals, sample bank). This position requires a strong background in laboratory practice, proficiency with MS Office for data analysis, and the ability to work collaboratively within project teams in an international environment.
