Job Summary

This role involves the technical and commercial leadership of projects focused on building security technology, including video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection systems, and hazard management systems. The Project Manager ensures timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant project execution, acting as the central point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include defining work packages, resource planning, project controlling (results and revenue), and managing change requests and contract fulfillment by subcontractors. Candidates must possess a technical or engineering degree or relevant technical vocational training combined with extensive professional experience, deep knowledge of security and building technology, and excellent command of project management methodologies, particularly time-cost-quality and risk management. This position requires a structured, reliable, and cooperative approach, excellent coordination skills, and fluent German proficiency.
