Job Summary

The Facility Manager will be responsible for the on-site supervision of domestic technical systems within residential and commercial properties in Nuremberg. Key daily activities include supporting service technicians with troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, inspections, and performing safety checks and control rounds. The role also involves operating technical building systems, executing minor repairs, managing external contractors, and creating essential documentation and reports, often updating them in IT systems. Candidates must possess a completed technical education, such as a Domestic Technician in Energy, Building, or Electrical Technology, or relevant professional experience as a caretaker. Required attributes include strong technical understanding, a self-reliant and careful work ethic, and high customer orientation.
