Job Summary
The Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund is seeking a Commercial Director for the Rehabilitation Center Bayerisch Gmain. This pivotal leadership role involves the comprehensive commercial management of the center, including drafting and managing economic, investment, and staffing plans, overseeing reporting, and ensuring quality management. A key responsibility is collaborating with the Medical Director to strategically advance the center, maintaining and expanding its competitiveness in alignment with the central administration. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Economics or a comparable field, or equivalent qualifications, coupled with extensive professional experience in leadership and multi-year experience within the rehabilitation or clinic sector, specifically including knowledge of labor law. This is a full-time, permanent leadership position offering a salary based on pay grade 14 TV EntgO-DRV.
Required Skills
Education
Master's degree (or comparable) in Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable economic field; OR Bachelor's degree (or comparable) in Economics or a comparable field with equivalent skills and experience; OR qualification as a fully qualified lawyer with equivalent skills and experience.
