Job Summary

This role involves acting as a Technical Expert for Construction Technology and Processes within Germany's major infrastructure operator, focusing on the federal highway network. Key responsibilities include designing and processing construction processes, procedures, and standardization, particularly through experimental and testing routes in road and structural engineering. The expert will coordinate and monitor various construction processes and procedures, and manage economic feasibility studies related to the client function (Bauherrenfunktion). A core part of the job is ensuring the technical implementation and adoption of European, national, and state-specific norms and laws. This position requires a background in Civil Engineering with substantial experience in planning and executing road and bridge construction projects, coupled with deep knowledge of specific German technical contract conditions (ZTV-ING).
