Job Summary

This role involves executing complex planning and project management for high, medium, and low-voltage electrical grids within a major energy and water utility in Düsseldorf. The Electrical Engineering Engineer will be responsible for controlling projects, ensuring adherence to costs and schedules, and acting as the primary point of contact for customers regarding grid connections across all service phases. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal departments, external service providers, and public agencies, developing technical solutions for various grid requirements, and ensuring compliance with technical standards and legal regulations. A key focus of the role is contributing to the success of the heat transition and the expansion of electromobility through sound technical and economic planning. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, proven project management experience, and excellent technical knowledge of utility grid construction and operation, coupled with strong communication and cooperation skills.
