Job Summary

This permanent, full-time Junior Specialist role places you at the intersection of regulatory compliance and supply chain logistics within the pharmaceutical industry. Day-to-day, you will be crucial in supporting the processing and tracking of Out of Scope (OOS) requests, ensuring meticulous management and archiving of all release and submission-relevant documentation. A significant portion of your duties will also involve administrative tasks related to the supply chain management of clinical trials. Success in this position requires a strong foundation in GMP guidelines, excellent organizational and planning skills, and the ability to work independently while fostering effective team collaboration. Candidates must possess completed scientific training (such as a Pharmaceutical Technician) coupled with relevant professional experience in a GMP-compliant biotechnology or pharmacy environment, along with fluent proficiency in both German and English.
