Job Summary

This is an opportunity for a dedicated Synthesis Laboratory Technician to join a high-tech start-up specializing in developing, manufacturing, and marketing innovative absorber resins for advanced water purification. Based in newly established laboratories in the BDC Heidelberg, the technician will be central to the synthesis process, operating at both laboratory and pilot scales. Core responsibilities include hands-on organic synthesis, polymer production, and the subsequent packing of columns and cartridges. Beyond technical execution, the role requires meticulous general laboratory organization, managing the ordering and procurement systems, and ensuring thorough documentation and presentation of results using standard MS Office programs. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant technical qualification (Chemielaborant/CTA), works independently with a goal-oriented approach, and is seeking a varied, interesting, and permanent position within a small, collaborative team environment.
