Job Summary

This role is a critical position within a biopharmaceutical company specializing in the development and manufacturing of autologous cell transplants for joint cartilage defects. The Biological/Medical Technical Assistant (BTA/MTA/PTA) will focus on the pharmaceutical-grade manufacturing of these cell transplants, primarily involving cell cultivation and working within a cleanroom environment. Key day-to-day tasks include preparing materials, maintaining and servicing production equipment, and ensuring the cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of all work materials. A core responsibility is creating and maintaining GMP-compliant documentation. The ideal candidate holds a technical assistant qualification (BTA, PTA, or MTA) or equivalent, possesses strong MS Office skills, and is prepared for shift work, including weekends and holidays.
